What's included in the preventative maintenance
- Equipment covered: Water heater and HVAC equipment is covered under the contract.
- Specific services: Preventative maintenance and replacement on the HVAC system and water heater.
- Term: Lifetime and transferable to any other property as long as you continue the contract.
- Frequency: Every 3 months unless emergency service calls.
- Scheduling: Every 3 months we will reach out to the client prior to schedule your service at your convenience.
- Timing: You will be contacted to provide the most convenient time, If the client requires a specific time or day of the week or if the work has to be done after hours make sure that it is specified.
- Documentation: The client will be provided with a report outlining the work done and any issues found.
- Parts and labor coverage: Parts and labor are covered at no additional cost. Under contract for (3) months will qualify you If the equipment is unrepairable, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
- Terms of work outside the contract: We will provide an estimate for smaller and larger repairs at an affordable cost on behalf of you being an existing client.
- What’s not covered: All items that are not related to the HVAC system or Water heater.
- Payment: Online payment in the amount of $55.00 per month for Residential, and $105.00 per month for Commercial.
- Inspection: The client’s right to inspect work after completion of service.
- Condition of premises: Contractor agrees to keep premises clean and remove debris once the job is complete.
- Use of utilities: The technician will need access to water and power to perform maintenance on the equipment.
- Insurance: (1) million in property damage, coverage bodily injury damage, or any third-party bodily injury.
- Relationship of parties: Establishes that the client is hiring the contractor as an independent contractor under the scope of work.
- Termination: Client or contractor can terminate contract if a party fails to abide to it.
- Confidentiality: Contractor maintains client information private.
- Entire agreement: States that this contract covers everything, any modifications will need consent from both parties.
